§ 27.3-13 IRRIGATION EFFICIENCY.
   For the purpose of determining maximum applied water allowance, average irrigation efficiency is assumed to be 0.71. All irrigation systems may be required to be designed, maintained, and managed to meet or exceed an average landscape irrigation efficiency of 0.71. However, more stringent requirements may be required to offset ETo.
