§ 4.50 MUZZLING OF DOGS WHEN RABIES EXISTS OR IS SUSPECTED.
   During the existence of rabies, or any case of rabies within the city or if the existence be suspected, the Health Officer is empowered to order all dogs in the city to be muzzled and it shall be unlawful for any person to disobey the order. Notice of the order may be given by publication for one time within a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published and circulated within the city.
