The 2022 Edition of the California Energy Code, known as the California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 6, incorporating the California Energy Commissions Efficiency Standards, published by the International Code Council, Inc., are adopted by reference as the Energy Code of the city, except as amended with findings in Articles V and VI of this chapter. A copy of the code is maintained in the Office of the Community Development Director or designee (Community Development Official (Building Official)) for examination and use by the public.
