§ 24.8-1 CONSEQUENCE FOR ENGAGING IN UNLAWFUL ACTS.
   Any person found to engage in any of the unlawful acts described in §24.8 has committed an infraction and shall be punishable in accordance with § 1.23 and service disconnection upon a second violation of the same ordinance within one year.
