§ 24.5-1 PAYMENT OF PRO RATA SHARE OF COST CONDITION PRECEDENT TO CONNECTION TO WATER SYSTEM REQUIRED WHERE PROPERTY TO BE SERVED HAS NOT CONTRIBUTED TO COST OF WATER SYSTEM.

(A) In all cases where the property proposed to be served has not contributed to the cost of the water system, the Director of Public Works shall require payment to the city of a pro rata share of the cost of the water system serving that area as a condition precedent to the right of any person to make connection to the water system of the city.

(B) The payment fixed shall be subjected to revision by the City Council if requested by the owner of the property.
