§ 53.99  PENALTY.
   Any person violating this or any other provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a punishment by fine of not more than $100 and costs of prosecution, or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
