Section 17.2 Form of Ballot

   The form of the ballot for the submission of this Charter shall be as follows:

   “Shall the city charter proposed by the city charter commission be adopted?”

Instructions:  A crossmark in the square before the word “Yes” is a vote in favor of the proposed Charter, and a crossmark in the square before the word “No” is a vote against the proposed Charter.
