Section 15.11  Cemetery Moneys to be Paid to City Treasurer
   All revenues received, for City public burial places shall be paid into the City treasury and, except for revenues designated in Subsection 15.9 as Perpetual Care Fund, revenues shall be credited to the Cemetery Fund as special operating revenues.  These funds shall be used for no purpose other than cemetery operation and management.
