On the first meeting in May or thereafter each year, the Cemetery Board, if established, shall elect one of its members to be chairperson. In addition, the Cemetery Board shall select other officers, as the bylaws of the board require. The Clerk-Treasurer shall be secretary of the Board. No member shall serve as chairperson for more than two consecutive years.
