The Planning Board shall consist of 9 persons. The Council shall appoint members in accordance with the provisions of Section 14.2. The Council may establish the compensation on a per meeting basis for members of the Planning Board. The members of the Planning Board serving at the time this Charter becomes effective shall continue to serve until their terms expire. The City Manager or a designated alternate shall be an ex-officio member of the Planning Board without vote and shall attend all meetings of the Planning Board.
