After the last meeting of the Board of Review in the spring cycle and upon receiving from the Clerk-Treasurer certification of the several amounts to be raised, the Assessor shall spread upon the approved assessment roll the amounts determined by the Council to be charged, assessed, or reassessed against persons or property in accordance with State law.
