Section 7.7  Publication of Ordinances
   The Council shall direct the Clerk-Treasurer to publish in the municipal newsletter, if one is published, or a newspaper circulated in the City the title and summary of each ordinance enacted.  When the Council enacts revisions in or amendments to an ordinance, the Council shall direct the Clerk-Treasurer to publish in a newspaper or the municipal newsletter circulated in the City, the title of the ordinance and the headings or titles of the sections revised or amended.  The Council shall also direct the Clerk-Treasurer to post the ordinance or the revised or amended sections of an ordinance in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer and in 2 other public places in the City and, upon request, provide copies of such ordinances or amendments.
