Section 7.3 Compilations, Codification, and Publication of Charter and Ordinances

Within one year after the adoption of this Charter and at least once in every ten years, the Council shall provide for the compilation or codification and publication of the Charter and all City ordinances then in force. For copies thereof, the Council may impose a charge that is consistent with the provisions of the State Freedom of Information Act.
