§ 152.043 R-3 (HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT).

   (A)   Permitted uses.

      (1)   Multiple-family building, with up to eight dwellings per building; and

      (2)   As permitted in the R-2 District.

   (B)   Special land uses.

      (1)   Multiple-family building, with more than eight dwellings per building; and

      (2)   As permitted by special use in the R-2 District.
