Section 4.7 Notice of Election

The Clerk - Treasurer shall notify the public of the time and place of holding any City election, the officers to be elected, and the questions to be voted upon. Unless this Charter provides otherwise, the Clerk - Treasurer shall comply with the requirements of State election laws as they relate to giving public notice of elections.
