Section 4.2 Election Procedure

The general election laws of the State shall govern all procedures relating to registration and the conduct of City elections, except as such laws relate to political parties or partisan procedure or as is otherwise provided by this Charter. The election of Councilors and the Mayor shall be conducted on a nonpartisan basis.
