§ 151.09  SURVEY.
   Prior to the entry of an approved division in the city records, the applicant shall provide the Zoning Administrator with a staked survey of the parent property and each lot to be created, together with the legal descriptions of all the parcels as prepared by a registered land surveyor. The survey shall include all existing buildings and structures on the parent property, setback distance from all property lines, and all existing or proposed easements.
