§ 151.06  FILING OF LAND DIVISION APPLICATION.
   Said application shall be filed with the Zoning Administrator, and, upon payment of the fees required under § 151.11, the application shall be reviewed for approval by the City Zoning Administrator. All land divisions involving four or more new parcels of land shall be forwarded by the Zoning Administrator to the City Planning Commission for review.
