Section 3.19 City Assessor: Responsibilities and Duties

The Assessor shall possess all the powers vested in and all the duties imposed upon assessing officers by the laws of the State. The Assessor shall make and prepare all regular and special assessment rolls in the manner prescribed by this Charter and the laws of the State and perform such other duties as are prescribed for the Assessor by this Charter, the Council, and the City Manager.
