(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any minor violating the provisions of §§ 132.01 through 132.08 shall be dealt with in accordance with the Juvenile Court law and procedure. Any parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor violating §§ 132.01 through 132.08 shall, after having been previously notified under § 132.07, be fined not more than $100 for each offense.
