§ 131.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of §§ 131.01 through 131.09  shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100 and costs of prosecution or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
