(A) Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500 and costs of prosecution or by imprisonment in the County Jail for a period not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine, costs, and imprisonment as may be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.
(B) Each day that a violation under this chapter continues to exist shall be considered to be a separate violation subject to the penalties herein set forth.
