§ 111.02  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ADULT BOOKSTORES and ADULT MOTION PICTURE THEATERS.  Those businesses and/or facilities offering or displaying books, magazines, periodicals, photographs, or motion pictures depicting, suggesting, or displaying human sexual activity, nude human male or human female bodies, or activities in a libidinous, erotic, lewd, licentious, carnal, or prurient manner.
   ADULT ENTERTAINMENT FACILITIES and ADULT BUSINESSES.  Include adult bookstores, adult motion picture theaters, cabarets, massage parlors (other than those providing therapeutic massage services by state licensed, certified therapeutic massage therapists), and retail businesses that display, sell, and/or offer merchandise depicting sexual activities, human genitals, that is claimed to enhance human sexual performance or enjoyment and/or novelty items relating to or depicting human sexual activity or human genitals in a libidinous, erotic, lewd, licentious, carnal, or prurient manner.
   NUDE or NUDITY.  Uncovered, or less than opaquely covered, post-puberty human genitals, pubic areas, the post-puberty human female breast below a point immediately above the top of the areola, the human male or female buttocks, or the covered human male genitals in a discernibly turgid state. For purposes of this definition, the female breast is considered “uncovered” if the nipple only or the nipple and the areola only are covered.
   OPERATOR.  Includes any person, co-partnership, firm, corporation, society, club, association, or other organization that engages in, operates, sponsors, conducts, or permits the operation of any adult entertainment facility or adult business.
