§ 110.14 WAIVER OF LICENSE FEE FOR CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION.

The City Council may, in its discretion, waive the imposition of the license fee for any organization qualifying as a charitable organization under § 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3).
