§ 94.37  OPEN FIRE IN ALLEY.
   No open fire shall be started in any alley in the city unless such refuse or rubbish to be burned shall be placed in a receptacle constructed of brick, cement, or iron or in a drum so constructed as to prevent the danger of the spread of fire.
