§ 94.21 SERVICE NOT TO BE REFUSED FOR NON-PAYMENT.

Nothing in this chapter shall authorize any city department or city personnel to refuse or delay any service to any person, firm, or corporation that has not paid for services or that owes for previous services or owes any money to the city.
