Except as provided in other regulations, no currently unregistered, uninspected, or junk motor vehicle shall be parked on any property, nor shall any such vehicle be in a state of major disassembly, disrepair, or in the process of being stripped or dismantled. A vehicle of any type shall not at any time undergo major overhaul, including body work, unless such work is performed inside a totally enclosed structure or similar totally enclosed area designed and approved for such purposes.
