A person shall not operate a snowmobile in any area permitted by this subchapter:
(A) At a rate of speed greater than is reasonable and proper having due regard for conditions then existing;
(B) At a speed greater than ten mph;
(C) While under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic drugs, barbital, or any derivative of barbital;
(D) During the hours from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise without displaying a lighted headlight and lighted taillight; or
(E) During the hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
