1640.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (b)   In addition to the penalty provided in subsection (a) hereof, whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter may have his or her license revoked by the Fire Chief or his or her designee, but only after a hearing is conducted by the Fire Chief and subject to an appeal to Council.
