(a) Every person engaged in the operation of a self-service filling station shall pay an annual license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each station, comply with all the terms of this chapter and receive an inspection and approval of the self-service station from the Fire Chief or his or her designee.
(b) An application for a license to operate a self-service filling station shall be made to the Fire Chief or his or her designee upon forms provided by the City and shall set forth the name and address of the applicant, the trade name and address of the applicant, the trade name under which he or she does business and such other information as may be required by the Fire Chief or his or her designee.
(c) The following fee structure shall be established for obtaining the following permits in the City of Ravenna:

The license issued under the provisions of this chapter may be suspended or revoked for the violation of any provision, term or condition thereof by the Fire Chief or his or her designee. Such suspension or revocation shall take effect, however, only after a hearing is conducted by the Fire Chief. A written notice of such hearing shall be given at least five days prior thereto to the licensee personally or by leaving a copy at an address designated in the application for the license.
