For the purpose of this chapter, certain terms are hereby defined. Any word or term not defined herein shall be given the meaning in Webster's Dictionary.
(a) Attendant means at least one employee on duty while the station is open to the public.
(b) Person, in addition to an individual, means a firm, corporation, association or a legal entity which may own or operate a self-service filling station.
(c) Self-service station means that portion of property where flammable and combustible liquids used as motor fuels are stored and subsequently dispensed from fixed and approved dispensing equipment into the fuel tanks of motor vehicles by persons other than the service station attendant, and may include facilities available for sale of other retail products.
