No person shall offer for sale or offer for lease real property or vehicles which has/have been the subject of a Declaration of a Public Health Nuisance pursuant to this Chapter or has been the site of a known clandestine drug lab without disclosing such Declaration or knowledge to the buyer or tenant. Said disclosure shall be made on a form provided by the Ravenna Health Commissioner/Chief Building Official.
