(a) The City of Ravenna may shut off or discontinue service in an occupied dwelling for nonpayment according to Water Department Rules and Regulations authorized under Ohio Revised Code 743.02.
(b) The City of Ravenna shall use all reasonable attempts to notify each housing license holder if the water bill for his or her premises is more than sixty (60) days in arrears.
