1488.20 GARBAGE AND RUBBISH REMOVAL.

No owner or occupant of any premises shall allow the accumulation of garbage or rubbish. All such owners and occupants must provide for the storage and collection of such garbage and rubbish in an approved manner. (See also Section 1478.08.)
