1488.17 MAINTENANCE OF LAWNS AND LANDSCAPING.

Lawns and landscaping on private property and within a public right of way shall be kept from becoming overgrown and unsightly and shall be maintained so as not to constitute a blighting or deteriorating influence on the surrounding neighborhood. Grass is limited to a total height of eight inches (8").
