The exterior of every structure or accessory structure shall be kept in good repair and painted. All surfaces shall be maintained free from broken or cracked glass, loose shingles, crumbling stone or brick, excessive peeling paint or any other condition reflective of deterioration or inadequate maintenance.
In the event that repairs become necessary, such repairs shall be made to match and conform to the original design and materials and shall be accomplished in a manner as to permanently repair the damaged area or areas.
