1488.06 MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS.
   (a)   All buckled, rotted or decayed walls, doors, windows, porches, floors, steps, trim, railings and their missing members, must be replaced and put in good condition. All replacements must be permanent and must match or be compatible with the rest of the structure.
   (b)   Structures shall be maintained free of broken or cracked windows, crumbling stone or brick or other conditions reflective of deterioration or inadequate maintenance.
