1486.02 INTERIOR SURFACES.

Floors, walls, windows, doors, ceilings and other interior surfaces shall be maintained in good, clean and sanitary condition. Peeling paint, cracked or loose plaster, decayed wood and other defective surface conditions shall be eliminated.
