1476.12 CHANGES IN RENTAL/CHANGES IN OWNERSHIP.
   An owner may remove their property from being a residential rental dwelling, rooming house or dormitory dwelling by submitting an affidavit, bearing their notarized signature to the Property Maintenance Official. However, this property will be required to have a new Rental Housing Occupancy Certificate granted prior to re- renting. All inspection fees will apply, even if the previous certificate has not expired.
