1476.10 REVOLVING LOAN FUND.

There is hereby created a Revolving Loan Fund for the purpose of supporting the cost of repairs, corrective action or demolition associated with the enforcement of this Code.

The City is hereby directed to adopt plans for the creation and administration of this fund.
