1476.09 RECONSIDERATION OF LICENSE SUSPENSION.

Any person whose permit to operate a dwelling has been suspended shall be entitled to a reconsideration of the order by an administrative conference or by an appeal to the Property Maintenance Code Appeals Board in the manner provided in Section 1472.13.
