1476.06 NOTICE OF LICENSE AND LICENSE CONTENTS TO TENANTS.
   It shall be the responsibility of the owner or operator of a residential rental dwelling, rooming house or dormitory dwelling to give notice of his or her housing license with the City to tenants by one of the following authorized methods:
   (a)   Displaying the license or a copy thereof in a conspicuous place in the common ways of a multifamily dwelling.
   (b)   Placing in all written rental agreements a notice indicating the valid time period and number of occupants.
   (c)   Providing a written notice, separate from a written rental agreement, indicating the valid time period and number of occupants.
   The valid time period and number of occupants shall be from information appearing on the housing license.
