(a) All new rental applications will require a one hundred dollar ($100.00) application fee per property owner or owner’s agent. Separate parcels require a separate application and fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00). No housing license shall be issued or renewed unless the completed application form is accompanied by payment of a permit fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) per unit with a minimum fee of forty dollars ($40.00).
(b) Each subsequent inspection, after a failure of the initial inspection, there shall be a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per unit.
