1476.01 OPERATION OF RENTAL DWELLINGS, ETC.; LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person, partnership, corporation or other legal entity shall operate a residential rental dwelling, rooming house or dormitory unless he or she holds a current, unrevoked housing license issued by the City of Ravenna.
