1470.09 EFFECTIVE DATE.

Chapter 1488 of this Code shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption by City Council. All other sections of this Code shall go into effect on January 1, 1993. All owners, operators or responsible agents shall apply for a housing license by July 1, 1992, in anticipation of this Code going into effect on January 1, 1993.
