For the purposes of eliminating duplicate responsibilities and coordinating residential property inspections, all Health Department regulations and all provisions of the Fire Prevention Code (Part Sixteen of these Codified Ordinances) relating to inspections, are hereby incorporated by reference, and the enforcement and implementation of the same relative to residential properties shall be the responsibility of the Property Maintenance Officer.
