1470.05 APPLICABILITY.

The application of this Housing and Property Maintenance Code shall apply to all residential rental dwellings, structures and premises within the City of Ravenna, except for Chapter 1488 - Exterior Property Maintenance, which shall apply to all structures and premises within the City of Ravenna.
