The provisions in this Code shall not be construed to prevent the enforcement of other ordinances or regulations which prescribe standards other than those that are provided herein. In the event of a conflict between any provision of this Code, including any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this Code, and any other provision of these Codified Ordinances or other ordinances of the City, including rules and regulations adopted pursuant to such ordinances, the more restrictive provision shall prevail.
