1466.02 INSURANCE REQUIRED.

Any person wrecking or moving a building or other structure shall, prior to the issuance of a permit therefor, present evidence of public liability insurance coverage in the following sums:

Personal bodily injury $500,000/$1,000,000

Property damage $50,000/$100,000
