The fee for a permit to apply aluminum or other metal siding shall be as provided under Chapter 1422.
A 100 percent penalty in addition to the regular fee shall be charged for all building permits which were not obtained before work was in progress. The penalty shall apply to all new and old buildings, residing, remodeling, alterations and additions.
